Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Cabernet Franc 20% and Merlot 30%.
Dark cherry colour. A very fragrant nose of violets, cedar and cloves as well as black fruits. Lovely full middle palate with fine tannin and a clean, dry finish. So delicious and well-structured. Drink now or cellar for 10 years. A wine to be enjoyed in all seasons!
Enjoy with duck rilletes, slow cooked osso bucco, bbq lamb cutlets or a vegetarian lasagna..
