Earthy fragrance of cedar, mushroom and vanilla as well as sweet blackcurrant and cherry. The palate has overlay of full red fruits with clove and nutmeg. Gentle tannins and very good balance. Drinking well now or age for up to 10 years. You will be rewarded if you allow it to breathe.
Enjoy with mushroom risotto, roast pork or venison.
